We are seeking our new Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end operation of electrical infrastructure and electric vehicle charging system projects, ensuring achievement of technical, financial, and quality objectives.
* Plan the company’s operational capacity according to project workload, resource availability, and strategic priorities, optimizing execution timelines and costs.
* Define and implement operational strategies that ensure efficient, cost-effective, and scalable project execution, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to performance standards.
* Coordinate the proper allocation of technical, human, and material resources for efficient project execution, ensuring optimal resource availability and utilization.
* Supervise compliance with schedules, scopes, deliverables, and timelines committed to clients, guaranteeing correct execution of each project phase.
* Technically validate operational proposals, electrical solutions, installation scopes, and project technical requirements in accordance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards.
* Ensure proper execution of electrical installations, assembly, commissioning, and startup of electric vehicle chargers, verifying compliance with technical specifications and current regulations.
* Review costs, catalogs, and budgets prepared for quotations, ensuring financial accuracy, competitiveness, and operational viability of projects.
* Coordinate operational optimization and cost-reduction strategies, driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
* Coordinate with the Administrative\-Commercial Directorate to ensure smooth project transition from the commercial stage to operational execution.
* Participate in operational, financial, and strategic review meetings, providing key information for decision-making and achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical)
* 4 years of experience in similar positions
* Professional license (Cédula Profesional)
* Certification in EC0118 and EC1023 standards (desirable)
* Project management under PMI methodology
* Supply chain management (desirable)
