Qualifications **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and greet guests and diners, ensuring a friendly and seamless arrival experience. * Manage waitlists, table assignments, and coordination with kitchen and service teams. * Provide restaurant service, including order taking and food delivery. * Support bar operations and barista duties, including beverage and coffee preparation when needed. * Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with hotel standards. * Support compliance with rules, internal policies, and service standards. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or guest\-facing roles is preferred. * Strong interest in customer service, attention to detail, and direct guest interaction. * Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to remain calm and professional during high\-volume service periods. * Conversational English skills preferred. * Availability to work rotating schedules and days off based on operational needs.
