We are hiring a BRANCH ASSISTANT MANAGER (Ángel Albino Corzo 3612, Mártires de Río Blanco, Gustavo A. Madero, 07859 Ciudad de México, CDMX) **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior sales experience (preferred) or strong interest in customer service. * Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service (if applicable). * Cash reconciliation. * Staff and inventory management. * Administrative processes. **Job Responsibilities** * Serve customers at the counter, providing advice on company products and services. * Conduct effective sales while meeting established targets. * Maintain branch order and cleanliness. * Process customer transactions and follow up accordingly. * Conduct periodic inventory counts. * Cash reconciliation. * Supervise staff. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary of $10\.500\. * Grocery vouchers (10% of monthly salary). * Professional training and development opportunities. * Monthly commissions of 0\.03% of monthly sales generated. * Pleasant and collaborative work environment. * Additional benefits based on performance and goal achievement. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 9am–3pm. * Sunday off.
