We are looking for: Administrative Knowledge * Recipe costing and food cost control. * Inventory control and management. * Purchase order preparation and supplier communication. * Waste analysis and cost reduction strategies. * Kitchen department budget management. * Basic knowledge of operational metrics (sales, costs, productivity). * Use of administrative forms and reports. Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef or Lead Sushi Chef. * Solid knowledge of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine. * Experience in kitchen administration. * Proficiency in using Japanese knives and cutting techniques. * Knowledge of hygiene standards (H Certification preferred). * Leadership, organization, and results-oriented mindset. * Flexible availability for scheduling.
