We are currently seeking your talent to join us as: **Functional IT Solutions Documenter \| Junior:** **Experience:** * Professionals holding degrees in Systems Engineering or related fields / Industrial Engineering * **Responsibilities:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience documenting technological solutions \- 1 year of experience in SPEI projects. \- Responsible for supporting the Business Analyst (BA) in transforming client requirements into detailed specification documents describing how a software application should function. \- These documents serve as input for the systems development team and the vendor’s technical team to produce technical design, solution proposals, and implementation. \- Validates and provides feedback to the BA on generated documentation to ensure clarity and understanding across teams. \- Ensures success criteria for the specified documentation are clearly defined. \- Translates and documents solution analysis using diagrams, prototype documentation, business process mapping outputs, and associated business rules applied to the software application. * **Skills:** \- UML design and interpretation \- Use case design \- Flowchart design and interpretation \- General knowledge of gathering Non-Functional Requirements such as Information Security, Availability, and Continuity. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the SPEI Manual. * Familiarity with BANXICO Circulars 13/2017 and 14/2017. * PMI methodologies and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Agile. **Work modality:** * 100% on-site at Av.
