Central Hoteles: A leading hotel and restaurant chain located in the Historic Center of Mexico City, committed to delivering personalized, high-quality service inspired by the warmth of Mexican culture, is seeking your talent: **GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** JOB OBJECTIVE: Maintain the company’s facilities, equipment, and machinery in good condition, supporting various departments across our units. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the facility, infrastructure, and equipment under your responsibility. * Comply with the annual preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance reports, current regulations, and resource optimization under your responsibility, thereby ensuring a pleasant, enjoyable, and safe experience for both customers and colleagues. * Load and unload objects with appropriate care. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma (preferred). * Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience as a general maintenance assistant. * Flexible schedule availability. (Night shift rotation required.) * **Original employment certificates from previous jobs. (Preferred)** * Demonstrated consistency in previous roles. * **Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.** * **Valid driver’s license.** KNOWLEDGE: * General preventive and corrective maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, finishes, electricity, hydraulics, gas installations, painting, kitchen equipment, masonry, painting, drywall, etc.) WE OFFER: * Competitive salary (MXN 10,400.00 gross per month) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: grocery vouchers, life insurance, cafeteria service, discounts at group workplaces, uniforms, etc. * Discounts at Laboratorio El Chopo. * Medical membership. * Training programs. * Incentives. * Etc.
