We’re looking for your talent in **Technical Support** **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site solutions to hardware and software operational issues quickly and efficiently. * Address hardware failures affecting AUNA’s computing assets. * Replace components in AUNA’s IT equipment. * Identify errors in leased computing equipment and coordinate with the service provider. * Perform corrective maintenance on AUNA’s computing equipment. * Data backup, recovery, and cleanup. * Install, update, format, and replace computing equipment for AUNA’s end users. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in Information Technology. * Two years’ experience in technical support for Windows 10 and 11 desktop applications, Office 2003, 2007, 2016, 2021, and MAC. * Desired knowledge of ITIL Foundations. * Proficiency in Service Desk tools. * **IMPORTANT: Full-time availability (8-hour rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night).** **WE OFFER** * **Salary commensurate with experience** * **Social security** * **Year-end bonus** * **Vacation days** * **Vacation premium** * **Training** **Work location: Monterrey; interested candidates must apply through this channel.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
