PLC operation and industrial electricity An artisanal juice manufacturing company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician $20,000 net monthly + Statutory Benefits + Union Benefits Education: Completed high school level Availability to rotate shifts (mandatory) 3 years of experience in similar companies (beverage, juice, soft drink production, etc.) Required knowledge: * Food quality and safety standards (GMP, FSSC 22000) and process control. * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial machinery. * Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigeration failures. * PLC operation, instrumentation, and basic electronics. * Industrial electricity (control panels, motors, high and low voltage) and use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, multimeter). * Operation and maintenance of process and packaging machinery in the beverage industry (pasteurizers, UHT systems, tanks, fillers, bottle blowers, labelers, and packaging equipment). * Basic PC skills (Office) and maintenance recordkeeping Av.
