Become part of our team as: **Administrative Control Desk Officer** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Documents and/or enters into the system all warehouse goods receipts, shipments, and relocations. * Prepares and prints necessary reports for warehouse operations. * Data entry and use of Microsoft Office suite * Direct customer interaction REQUIREMENTS: AVAILABILITY TO ROTATE SHIFTS every 4 weeks (monthly): 6 a.m.\-2 p.m., 2 p.m.\-10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. \*Depending on operational needs, rotation to the third shift (10 p.m.\-5 a.m.) may be required\* Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma (certificate) or incomplete bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 2 years verifiable experience in similar roles WMS knowledge (desirable but not mandatory) Intermediate Excel (pivot tables) Availability to rotate shifts Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week Service-oriented attitude Problem-solving skills DESIRED: Prior experience in a Distribution Center WE OFFER: * **Monthly gross salary of $12,750 MXN** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 26-day Christmas bonus * Punctuality bonus of $335 per month * Attendance bonus of $390 per month * Grocery vouchers of $950 per month * 9% savings fund contribution * Savings account * Life insurance * Hospitalization insurance * Retirement plan Address: Carr.
