This role moves away from traditional plastic sales to specialize in **Strategic Accompaniment and Retention**. Your mission is to act as a consultant for American Express’s active customer base, educating them on how their accounts work and identifying consumption opportunities through cross-selling. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Specialized Advisory:** Explain in detail how financial products work to maximize correct usage. * **Cross-Selling:** Identify customer needs to offer additional services that generate extra account spending. * **Spending Growth:** Encourage card usage on already-established accounts through benefits and promotions. * **Credit Management:** Advise on and process credit limit increases according to the member’s profile. * **Upgrades and Enhancements:** Migrate members to higher-tier products (e.g., from Gold to Platinum) better aligned with their lifestyle. **Specialized Training:** * **Training Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 07:00–14:00 hrs. * **Financial Support:** $8,300 (paid starting Day 1). * **Early Commissions:** Services placed during the training period are also commissionable. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Monthly Base Salary:** $10,500. * **Productivity Bonus:** $3,000 per month. * **Commissions:** Uncapped (attractive scheme based on account growth and cross-selling). * **Payment Schedule:** Weekly (every Thursday). * **Work Schedule (Operations):** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. * **Statutory Benefits:** Effective from Day 1. * **Additional Benefits:** Grocery vouchers, Dental insurance, Life insurance, and Cafeteria service. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school (physical certificate mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 months in sales or advisory roles (financial, insurance, AFORE, or similar). **Documentation:** Valid INE and RFC in hand.
