We are passionate about creating customized solutions for our customers and ensuring that each order arrives with the quality, punctuality, and attention they deserve. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for an organized, proactive, and highly communicative individual to coordinate the entire operational process of orders—from receipt of the order to delivery of the product to the customer. **Main responsibilities:** * Order management: tracking from purchase order to final delivery. * Supplier communication: quotations, production timelines, order confirmation, and follow-up. * Logistics coordination: shipment planning, package tracking, and delivery time control. * Post-sales customer service: keeping the customer informed of their order status at every stage. * Incident resolution: managing changes, delays, or issues with suppliers and carriers. * Updating internal systems and CRM. **Ideal profile:** * English language proficiency (Mandatory) * Experience in operations or logistics (minimum 1 year). * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Proactivity and solution-oriented thinking. * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, logistics platforms, CRM). * Ability to simultaneously track multiple projects or orders. **Plus:** * Knowledge of the textile, promotional, or printing industry. * Experience with international suppliers and import timelines.
