Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual agent for customer service and cross-selling, with a focus on service excellence and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Option for indefinite-term contract and study support Bilingual Customer Service and Cross-Selling Agent – Commissions in USD + Weekly Payments! **Location:** Bolívar Street 38, Historic Center, CDMX. **What You’ll Earn:** * **Base Salary:** $12,700 monthly + **Bonus:** $3,000 monthly. * **Commissions:** $2 USD per finalized service (**No cap**). * **Weekly Payments** and meal vouchers/restaurant vouchers. **Schedules and Shifts:** * **Training:** Monday to Saturday (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM). **Start dates: March 19 and March 26.** * **Operational Shifts:** 8-hour shifts between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM. **Work Schedule:** We operate from **Monday to Saturday with one rotating day off during the week**.
