* Bachelor's degree or engineering degree completed. * 5 years of experience in the industrial/commercial real estate sector. * Experience working with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction, etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team. * Experience in property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or corporate mergers. Delivering exceptional customer experiences and possessing the ability to communicate with local and corporate contacts. * Experience implementing new initiatives, campaigns, or system updates, along with proven adoption and navigation skills. * A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to multiple properties are required. * Flexible availability. * Experience using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software. * Ability to process data and generate recurring reports.
