Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to create visual assets for social media and ensure brand consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure visual consistency according to brand guidelines. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS!** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. * Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). * Experience with digital content. * Creativity and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design graphic assets for social media. * Adapt content to various formats and platforms. * Edit basic audiovisual materials for social media. * Ensure visual consistency according to brand guidelines (branding). * Collaborate with content and strategy teams to develop creative concepts. * Optimize visual formats based on performance and digital best practices. * Manage multiple deliverables against editorial calendars. * Propose visual trends and creative improvements for campaigns. * Prepare final files in appropriate formats for publication. **Desirable Skills in:** * Adobe Creative Suite * Canva / Canva Pro * CapCut or short-video editing tools for social media. * Figma * Meta Business Suite * TikTok Creative Center * Google Drive / Dropbox * Monday.com or project management tools. * Visual resource libraries (Freepik, Envato, Shutterstock). **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement.
