We need a strategic, quick, curious mind hungry to create ideas that stand out. Responsibilities: \- Conceptualize 360° campaigns for mass-consumption brands. \- Write for OOH, radio, TV, activations, and digital media (owned and paid). \- Build brand territories and translate them into memorable executions. \- Collaborate closely with art direction, strategy, and production teams. \- Integrate AI tools into creative processes without compromising judgment or intent. Requirements: \- Proven experience developing campaigns for mass-market products. \- Portfolio showcasing strong ideas—not just isolated pieces. \- Mastery of both traditional and digital formats. \- Proficient use of AI tools applied to conceptualization and creative exploration. \- Ability to clearly and convincingly defend ideas.
