Position Summary: We are seeking an MDM Developer with experience in Semarchy to design, develop, and implement Master Data Management solutions to ensure data quality and governance. Collaboration with business and technology teams Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Semarchy MDM Developer **Conversational English** **To work in CDMX, GDL, QRO, or MTY (Hybrid)** We are looking for an **MDM Developer with Semarchy experience**, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing **Master Data Management (MDM)** solutions to ensure data master quality, integration, and governance within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in master data modeling, data integration, and MDM platform configuration, collaborating with business and technology teams. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and develop **Master Data Management (MDM)** solutions using **Semarchy xDM** * Configure master data models (customers, products, suppliers, etc.) * Implement data quality and validation rules * Develop data integration and synchronization processes * Design data governance workflows * Configure hierarchies and relationships among data entities * Perform MDM solution testing and validation * Resolve master data-related incidents * Document data models and processes * Collaborate with Data, BI, and Integration teams ### **Requirements** * 4+ years of experience developing **MDM** solutions * Experience working with **Semarchy xDM** * Experience in data modeling * Knowledge of data integration * Experience working with relational databases * Experience with SQL * Knowledge of ETL processes * Experience in master data management projects ### **Desirable Knowledge** * Experience with: * ETL tools * Data Quality * Data Governance * Data Warehouse * APIs or system integration * Data architecture knowledge * Cloud environment experience * BI tools experience **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
