This role is critical for ensuring operational continuity, data quality, and rapid incident resolution in high-volume environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain BI solutions, interactive dashboards, and automated reports. * Respond to, analyze, and resolve incidents related to services, applications, and data flows. * Collaborate with data, development, and operations teams to ensure information availability and reliability. * Implement improvements in data consumption, transformation, and visualization processes. * Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions. * Participate in agile ceremonies and practices where applicable. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** in BI solution development, web services, and applications (frontend and backend). * Experience with dashboards, scorecards, automated reports, and reporting. * **Academic background**: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in: Computer Science and Information Systems, Business Administration and Information Systems, Mathematics / Actuarial Science, Physics, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Quality Management * **Demonstrable knowledge** in at least one of the following: * Scrum Master * Open-source programming languages: Python, Scala, Rust * BI and data consumption tools: Fabric, Databricks * **Preferred:** Valid certification in Scrum Master or in BI tools (Fabric, Databricks). * Strong analytical ability, structured thinking, and problem-solving orientation. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $20,000.00 per month License/Certification: * Valid Scrum Master certification (Mandatory) * Valid BI tools certification (Fabric, Databricks) (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
