We stand for innovation, quality, and specialized solutions. **Our certifications support us** * Quality (ISO 9001:2015\) * Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001:2022, encrypted systems and physical-electronic controls\) * Food Safety (ISO FSSC 22000\) We are looking for the best talent—apply through this channel and join our team as: **General Services** **What will you do?** * Answer and place calls for internal and external staff. * Receive suppliers and customers and escort them to the required area. * Receive packages or courier deliveries (logbook registration). * Supply and manage gas cylinder distribution for designated areas (logbook registration). * Manage external cleaning staff (logbook registration). * Manage external cafeteria staff (logbook registration). * Perform general company tasks such as birthday tracking, event coordination, general announcements, and locker area assignment and management. **What do you need?** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in reception, general services, and customer/staff support. * Proficiency in office packaging software for report delivery, tracking, and daily, weekly, and monthly logbook entries. * Strong customer service skills, service-oriented attitude, supplier interaction capability, and ability to work under pressure while handling multifunctional tasks. **Your Benefits:** * Salary: Based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Job stability and professional growth. **Work Location:** San Jerónimo Tepetlacalco, Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM\.
