Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced field-based Automotive Collections Officer for overdue account recovery and payment negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts and payment negotiation. 2. Primarily field-based work to interact with clients. 3. Opportunity to work on performance targets and productivity bonuses. FIELD-BASED AUTOMOTIVE COLLECTIONS REQUIREMENTS: * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN FIELD COLLECTIONS (verifiable). * Personal vehicle required (MANDATORY) * Completed high school education. * In-depth knowledge of the city. * Performance-target-oriented work. * Valid driver's license. * Strong negotiation and recovery skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recovery of overdue accounts; visit assigned accounts’ residences to negotiate payments. * Generation of payment commitments. * Recovery of pledged collateral.
