Job Objective Provide a warm, friendly, and immersive experience to each customer through exceptional service, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service as well as a memorable dining experience within the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Greet and attend to customers in a courteous and energetic manner. Explain the menu, concepts, and special items. Recommend food, beverages, and desserts. Accurately take orders and follow up accordingly. Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing. Verify customer satisfaction during service. Maintain cleanliness and order at tables and workstations. Assist with restaurant opening and/or closing procedures. Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and hostess teams. Know ingredients, beverages, and the restaurant’s theme. Ideal Candidate Profile Warm, friendly, and service-oriented individual. Excellent attitude and professional appearance. Strong verbal communication skills. Passion for customer service. Ability to work under pressure. Punctuality and sense of responsibility. Experience in restaurants or cafés (preferred).
