MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

**RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Coordinate cleaning activities with internal staff · Supervise the execution of preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities (by external providers). · Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and minor repairs for general maintenance, furniture, and facilities. · Report completed work through the appropriate forms to ensure proper control and tracking of addressed maintenance requests. · Conduct approximate measurement and calculation of required materials for scheduled maintenance work. · Ensure comfort, appearance, safety of facilities, and availability of critical equipment by executing pre-established work routines. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (mandatory \- Email consultation, spreadsheet interpretation, preparation of photographic reports and inventories) If you meet all requirements, please submit your CV to schedule an interview.
