Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Job Mission** Serve as the liaison between Engineering and Projects to prepare technical\-economic proposals to ensure correct sizing and selection of equipment, valves, and instruments required by the project. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to the company’s Commercial departments during the proposal stage for customers. Develop designs for manufacturing and implementation of technical solutions. Comply with current regulations and internal quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures established by the organization. Promote the creation of Lessons Learned, contributing expertise to continuous improvement and future proposals (REX). Provide and/or participate in training delivered by the company or by this position itself. Prepare annual performance and career development evaluations. Actively participate in Veolia Water Technologies (VWT) technical meetings to identify new technologies that can be implemented in the Mexican market. Follow up on and comply with Quality Management System procedures. Ensure project documentation is properly backed up. Guarantee that all tasks are performed within VWT’s ethical code. Provide technical support for solutions during sales and execution phases. Occasionally conduct pilot and treatability tests in the laboratory. Support project commissioning when required. Support and develop process and major equipment calculation reports. Contribute to technical specifications of equipment based on water treatment processes, generating data sheets and lists. Carry out final sizing of the water treatment process. Develop operational philosophy. Request physical facility modifications to ensure process quality, safety, and operational ergonomics. Request operational parameter modifications to ensure project compliance. Determine the technical feasibility of a solution for the customer. **Requirements** -------------- **Requirements:** Academic background: Chemical, Environmental, Biochemical, and/or Petroleum Engineer. 5 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in designing and reviewing instrumentation piping, operational costing, consumption calculations, mass balance preparation, and layout analysis capability. Experience and knowledge of water characteristics to meet customer requirements and tender specifications. Experience and knowledge of tools for projecting technical-economic proposals. Availability to accompany technical or commercial visits for proposal purposes. Organizational, writing, teamwork, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
