Requirements: * * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. Degree holder. * Minimum 4\-6 years of experience in designing continuous processes. * Knowledge: BPMN proficiency. Good spelling skills appropriate to the position. * Proficiency in tools such as ARIS. * Knowledge of efficiency and effectiveness indicators. * Knowledge of techniques and tools for process documentation. * Proficiency in Process Analysis tools (SIPOC, CANVAS, Ishikawa, Pareto) and Process Diagrams. Responsibilities: * Gathering requirements for process design. * Identification and integration of users. * Analysis and documentation of information. * Development of process manuals, policies, and procedures. * Process modeling and process orchestration. * Analysis and initiative for creating new processes with internal customers.
