




**Description:** ---------------- **We are looking for an analytical, organized person with an interest in continuous improvement, who enjoys understanding processes and resolving incidents.** The position combines functional and technical analysis, internal application support, and minor programming adjustments, with an emphasis on documentation and service quality. Your role will be to support the operational continuity of systems, analyze existing code to implement improvements or corrections, document processes, and provide user support in Windows, Office, and Google Workspace environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and document source code of existing systems (reading, debugging, and refactoring). * Implement small improvements or new features in at least one programming language (Python preferred). * Handle incidents and provide user support for Windows and Office applications. * Support Google Workspace: backups, migrations, and basic automations. * Map business processes and generate technical documentation (manuals, diagrams, maps). * Log tickets with complete and clear information (diagnosis, actions taken, time spent, evidence). * Maintain assertive and professional communication with users, even in conflict situations. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * 6 to 24 months of experience in analysis, programming, or application support (internships or social service accepted). **Knowledge of:** * Windows and Office. * At least one programming language (Python preferred). * Google Workspace (usage, migrations, and basic administration). * Networks and remote access tools (preferred). * Soft skills: effective communication, organization, service orientation, and problem-solving. * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
