Proactive work environment with customer and team orientation **Who Are We?** **We are a multinational group dedicated to entertainment and leisure**, **a leader in the private gaming sector, with four decades of experience and operations across seven countries in Europe (Spain and Italy) and Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, and Uruguay), as well as a broad online presence.** Our current workforce comprises over 10\.000 committed professionals dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and entertainment products and services that provide experiences aligned with customers’ motivations, through the various offerings provided by the company: **gaming terminals, gaming halls, sports betting, racetracks, and online gaming.** **What Are We Looking For?** To hire an **IMPORT ANALYST** **​What Will Be Your Mission as an IMPORT ANALYST?** Ensure timely and efficient execution of administrative processes related to submitting customs declarations to gaming halls, preparing quarterly reports for the Secretariat of the Interior, updating terminal information in the HDA system, and distributing updated NOMs to all gaming halls—ensuring correct operational performance and regulatory alignment. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Submitting customs declarations for new installations to gaming halls. * Ensuring terminal information in HDA is up to date so that hall executives can download visit reports required by the Secretariat of the Interior or audits. * Sending renewed certificates to gaming halls. * Verifying customs declarations against HDA information. * Receiving supplier information with REPSE to update the compliance matrix. * Preparing municipal and state fixed-fee tax filings. * Attending relevant government offices to submit state tax declarations. * Requesting the CFDI for state tax payments. **What Do You Need to Be Our Ideal Candidate?** We seek an **energetic, proactive individual with strong communication skills and, above all, clear customer and teamwork orientation**. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and/or International Business * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of Customs Legislation NOM001\-SCFI\-2018 **If you meet the profile and agree with the salary, apply through this channel.** **We are an organization committed to labor diversity as a driver of change.
