Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to develop strategies, negotiate with suppliers, manage inventory, and lead teams in the grocery and wine sectors. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator. With over 12 branches across the State of Mexico, we are expanding and looking for talent like yours. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain. At least 4 years leading teams. Experience in food and beverage industry (preferred). Experience in supplier negotiation and cost control. Retail background required; experience in wholesale food markets (Centrales de Abasto) or wholesale stores is a plus. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. * Design the annual procurement strategy aligned with budget and sales forecasts. * Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and budgetary controls. * Analyze inventory turnover, margins, expiration dates, and market trends. * Identify opportunities for new products and strategic product lines. * Negotiate prices, discounts, bonuses, rebates, and credit terms. * Establish strategic commercial agreements. * Develop and evaluate domestic and international suppliers. * Implement exclusivity arrangements or private-label programs. * Supervise inventory rotation (FIFO) and control of perishable goods. * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and quality standards. * Define optimal product assortment per branch (if applicable). * Efficient management of wines (differentiated margins and premium positioning). * Improve gross margins by category. * Analyze logistics costs and delivery times. * Implement key performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead the team of buyers and procurement assistants. * Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance departments. * Foster a culture of strategic negotiation in the dairy and mass-consumption markets. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*WE OFFER: Weekly salary Statutory benefits starting from day one And other benefits ***If interested, please apply through this channel or send your CV to 56 1004 8418*** Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
