A leading construction company is seeking:
**Administrative Assistant CpC**
**Objective**: Comprehensive case file management for each project, including distribution of required documentation to relevant departments, storage, and organization of documentation on the platform.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Review, organize, and control client documentation.
* Adhere to established procedures for case file compilation.
* Request missing documents from clients for their files or those requiring updates.
* Verify that case file documentation is complete and update it prior to initiating deed registration procedures.
* Focus on ensuring case files are complete, up-to-date, and meet requirements set by notaries and anti-money laundering legislation—this includes verifiable full department payment documentation.
* Assist during title issuance, including sending emails, scanning documents, etc.
* Ensure all project documents comply with applicable quality standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper document traceability and document control across all project phases.
* Prepare lists for delivering project documentation to the law firm.
* Manage and control project information within each project’s cloud environment.
* Analyze, respond to, and coordinate responses to audit-related observations.
* Other duties related to the position.

**Academic Qualification**: Incomplete Bachelor's Degree
**Compensation Package**
Net salary: $13,000.00 to $15,000.00
Basic statutory benefits
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs
Vacation pay in December per the Federal Labor Law (LFT)
Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements: 30 days this year
May bonus: 15 days’ salary
November bonus: $2,000.00
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
