Development of concept catalogs and technical annexes A leading Mexican company in technology integration, electronic security, and cutting-edge building automation systems is currently seeking: **HVAC SPECIALIST DESIGNER** **Requirements:** Mechanical Engineer, Architect, or related discipline; prior experience as an infrastructure and HVAC systems designer; proficiency in HVAC installation project execution; design and selection of air conditioning equipment; electrical connections; ductwork; precision equipment; grilles and accessories; measurement equipment. Intermediate AutoCAD skills **Responsibilities:** * Develop concept catalogs for budget preparation * Prepare technical annexes using collected information * Gather information provided by the client to document technical annexes for Federal Penitentiaries * Conduct necessary evaluations to determine whether the client’s proposal is reasonable * Prepare technical annexes using collected information **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal vouchers Experience: * AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred) * HVAC: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
