Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or architect with experience in systems design for hospitality, hotel project development using BIM methodology, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Points: 1. Desirable experience in hospitality and complex systems design 2. Hotel project development using BIM methodology 3. Interdisciplinary coordination with other engineering disciplines **Systems Engineer, Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Architect, or related field.** Desirable experience in hospitality. Experience in fire alarm and detection systems design, GPON data networks and structured cabling, CCTV systems, audio and video distribution, hotel room automation, and BMS systems development. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP software * Development of hospitality-sector projects from conceptual stage through execution using BIM methodology * Keeping calculation records up to date and well organized * Interdisciplinary coordination with other engineering disciplines, architecture, cost estimation, budgeting, and construction * Documenting changes and tracking issues for resolution * Addressing interference reports from the BIM Manager * Generating concept catalogs * Responding to contractor inquiries during tender stages Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
