Commercial orientation with closing capability. **Ahí Mero** is looking for: Supplier Developer Job Objective Identify, prospect, and close supplier partnerships to integrate them into the Ahí Mero marketplace, ensuring a competitive and market-aligned offering while meeting onboarding targets. Responsibilities Prospect and contact suppliers (brands, distributors, and producers). Present value proposition and negotiate commercial terms. Manage onboarding: documentation, platform registration, and catalog upload. Follow up with new suppliers until activation and first sales. Administer and update the pipeline in the CRM. Identify opportunities for improvement in categories, pricing, and offerings. Meet supplier onboarding targets. Submit weekly progress reports. Requirements Consultative sales and B2B negotiation experience. Knowledge of eCommerce and marketplaces. CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM preferred). Experience developing commercial proposals. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking. Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. Willingness to conduct fieldwork. Profile Commercial orientation with closing capability. Goal-oriented and focused on long-term relationships. Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Clear and persuasive communication.
