We are a great team—and would be delighted to have you join us! **Your responsibilities** **Job Objective:** Responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture parts that meet defined objectives in Quality, Cost, Productivity, Delivery Time, and On-Time Delivery, under safe conditions and applying a waste-reduction approach across the entire production chain. **Responsibilities:** * Operates machinery and/or products in accordance with work instructions, ensuring adherence to cycle time and product specifications without misuse of equipment. * Reports any product or process variation, defect, or anomaly to the setup technician, shift supervisor, and/or coach. * Releases products as required per the control plan. * Participates with the team in continuous improvement, identifying areas of opportunity and converting them into improvement proposals. * Responsible for model changeovers on their machine(s), as well as implementing related improvement actions (SMED). * Identifies machine faults and restores functionality where possible; otherwise, notifies the setup technician promptly to prevent extended downtime. * Performs daily machine maintenance checks and reports any anomalies, wear, or damage in MAXIMO for corrective action, also notifying the setup technician. **Your profile** **Required Profile / Professional Competencies** * Education: **Minimum completed secondary school / high school** * Experience: + **6 months’ industrial experience preferred** + **Availability to work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday, with mid-week days off.** * Languages / Required level: Not required * Computer software: + Office **Contact details** **Only electronic applications submitted via the company’s portal that meet the above requirements will be reviewed.** Recruitment, Selection & Training Thyssenkrupp Presta de México Thyssenkrupp Presta de México, Circuito Esteban de Antuñano St. No. 1, Lot 4 Parque Industrial Cd.
