Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive frontend developer with advanced experience in React and TypeScript, capable of building dynamic and scalable user interfaces, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and optimization of the user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Development of dynamic and maintainable interfaces using React and TypeScript. 2. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features. 3. Requirements: Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript for developing dynamic and maintainable interfaces. - Solid understanding of CSS and frameworks such as Tailwind CSS for efficient implementation of responsive styles. - Experience managing application state with Redux, Zustand, or Context API, and integrating data from APIs. - Ability to develop end-to-end features, including comprehensive testing and performance optimization across multiple devices. - Familiarity with GraphQL, Next.js (SSR and rendering optimization), and other modern tools for integration into complex projects. - Knowledge of performance best practices (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading). - Development of reusable and maintainable components. - Experience with monorepo architecture and application modularization. Soft Skills - Ability to accurately analyze and understand technical and functional requirements. - Close collaboration with cross-functional teams on complex features. - Proactivity in learning new technologies and methodologies. - Problem-solving orientation and continuous improvement of the user experience. - Excellent communication skills to align implementations with project goals. - Proactivity in continuously improving both the product and the development process. - Critical thinking to propose simple solutions and avoid over-engineering.
