Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and manage academic and administrative quality, ensure goal achievement, and enhance student efficiency within an educational institution. Key Highlights: 1. Manages administration and customer service in an educational environment 2. Ensures academic quality and management of teaching and administrative staff 3. Represents the institution at public events and before governmental and non-governmental organizations WORK LOCATION: SAN JOSÉ ITURBIDE, GTO. Requirements: Age: 33 - 50 years old Bachelor's degree (certified) Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or management roles. Knowledge: • Business Administration and Customer Service Management • Microsoft Office proficiency >90% • ERP-CRM (Expert level) • Commercial processes • Academic management • Commercial management • Personnel management Functions/Responsibilities: • Achievement of established KPI targets such as NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, EBITDA. • Timely support for students, faculty, and general staff. • Ensure teacher recruitment, retention, and evaluation. • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. • Represent the institution at public and academic events locally, and before public and private organizations. • Ensure academic quality in classrooms. • Maintain campus facilities in optimal condition. • Ensure commercial process execution (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). • Ensure students meet institutional admission and graduation profile requirements. • Ensure student terminal efficiency. • Supervise regulatory compliance. • Guarantee adherence to institutional philosophy and current regulations.
