**Requirements:**
* Gender: Unspecified.
* Age: 25 to 30 years old.
* Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Social Media.
* Proactive profile: Results-oriented.
PREFERABLY EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TELEVISION NETWORKS (MEDIA)
**Responsibilities:**
* Content creation and management, digital communication management and digital marketing, establishing an action plan and achieving objectives.
Tasks include:
* Creating and managing content for existing social media platforms.
* Proposing new communication channels to achieve specific goals.
* Community engagement: Establishing a reliable and active channel for customer feedback to build a satisfied community, foster loyalty, and influence customers’ decision-making; escalating any anomalous situations to the relevant departments for resolution and achievement of departmental goals.

o Driving web traffic to improve search engine positioning.
o Strengthening the database of potential customer contacts.
o Collaborating with management to define KPIs: Objectives include developing SMART-based KPIs, measuring and adjusting them monthly or bimonthly based on performance results.
* Posting frequency: Scheduling, planning, and executing social media communications to develop a coordinated work plan with management and design teams, ensuring timely publication.
* Developing content calendars for various social media platforms. The main function is to create a detailed weekly calendar specifying design requirements, accompanying text, and clear instructions enabling designers to execute efficiently.
* Creativity and differentiation from competitors: Ensuring the brand stands out among competitors to enhance visibility and engagement.
* Personalized messaging—not generic or template-based—tailored specifically for social media content.
* Responsiveness to all types of messages, both positive and negative.
* Developing a social media crisis management manual.
* Delivering bimonthly reports on achieved metrics and reach, including an annual report.
* Identifying emerging social media trends to incorporate into innovative strategies.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM
