Job Summary: PROSISA IMC seeks an Environmental Engineer with construction experience to supervise environmental compliance, implement management programs, and coordinate environmental activities on projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations. 2. Implement the project's Environmental Management Program (EMP). 3. Monitor environmental impacts and manage waste. PROSISA IMC IS A COMPANY DEDICATED TO INSTALLING FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS PROSISA IMC is seeking talented Environmental Engineers with field experience! Job Responsibilities: Supervise compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and permits. Implement the project's Environmental Management Program (EMP). Monitor environmental impacts: emissions, noise, waste, water, and soil. Manage waste (hazardous and non-hazardous) in accordance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate environmental audits and inspections. Train personnel on environmental best practices. Prepare periodic environmental reports for authorities and clients. Supervise efficient use of resources (water, energy, materials). Respond to environmental emergencies (spills, contamination, etc.). Maintain communication with environmental authorities and stakeholders. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering with an environmental specialization, or related field. Experience 2–5 years in construction or civil works projects. Experience in environmental regulatory compliance and audits. Technical Knowledge Environmental legislation (e.g., applicable Mexican standards such as SEMARNAT). Environmental impact assessment. Waste management (applicable NOMs). Environmental management systems (ISO 14001\). Occupational safety and hygiene (preferred). Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organization and follow-up abilities.
