This position combines **administrative tasks (60%) and field operational tasks (40%)**, focusing on crew coordination, progress tracking, and resource management. If you have experience supervising operational staff and are interested in developing your career in project management, **we want to meet you**. *REQUIREMENTS:* * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in **Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Project Management, or related field**. * **1 to 3 years of experience** supervising operational staff or managing projects. * Experience coordinating **work crews or field personnel** (preferred). * Strong **leadership, organizational, and communication skills**. * Ability to **negotiate and resolve problems**. * Basic knowledge of **field measurement**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)**. * Valid **driver’s license**. * Willingness and ability to **travel**. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Coordinate and supervise **crews** on assigned projects. * Monitor **field work progress**. * Prepare **progress reports, time logs, and photographic evidence**. * Manage and request **materials required for each project**. * Coordinate activity execution with **various departments within the company**. * Ensure compliance with **scheduled timelines, quality standards, and allocated resources**. * Lead the operational team and **resolve on-site incidents**. *WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU:* * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to **coordinate field work teams**. * Project administrative organization and control. * Skill to **make decisions and optimize work processes**.
