Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in the automotive industry to manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and participate in problem analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and assurance of product and process controls A Japanese automotive industry company located at Parque Industrial Castro del Río, Irapuato, Gto, with over 10 years in operation, is seeking: **Quality Engineer** **Job Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Industrial Engineering or related field.** * Experience: **2 \- 3 years as a Quality Engineer, preferably in the Automotive Industry** **Intermediate \- Advanced Knowledge (Certifications or DC3 preferred)** * IATF 16949 * SPC * APQP * Problem Solving * Core Tools **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and submission of PPAP documentation to customers * Management of non-conformities and corrective actions * Handling of customer complaints and problem analysis * Ensuring closure of 8D reports for internal notifications and customer-related issues * Active participation in multidisciplinary teams for internal and external problem analysis and resolution * Selection and monitoring of controls for product and process verification * Tracking of measurement and analysis of manufacturing problems * Monitoring of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Intermediate English ***\*\*\*PLEASE ATTACH YOUR CURRENT AND UP-TO-DATE CV*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $21,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * Is your most recent or current job as a Quality Engineer? * What are your salary expectations?
