The position will manage a critical repair project on a slope that has suffered a landslide, adjacent to an operating water channel with significant flow. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** The **Construction Supervisor Civil** will be responsible for: * Supervising daily activities at the construction site to ensure quality and safety standards are met. * Coordinating and directing the work team, ensuring all operational procedures are correctly followed during the repair project. * Monitoring project progress and guaranteeing established deadlines are met due to the urgency of the work. * Assessing site conditions and making necessary adjustments to work plans as required. * Effectively collaborating with other supervisors and engineers to ensure cohesion among different project aspects. * Reporting any issues or incidents arising during construction, seeking proactive solutions. * Ensuring all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
