**Security Shift Supervisor** **Position Objective:** Supervise, coordinate and ensure the proper performance of security guards assigned to different services, guaranteeing compliance with instructions, operational procedures and quality standards established by the company and the client. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site, continuous supervision of the various assigned services. * Verify staff attendance, punctuality, appearance and performance. * Ensure compliance with instructions, security protocols and internal regulations. * Address incidents, reports and operational updates during the shift. * Serve as the liaison between operational staff, the client and the company. * Support service coverage in cases of absences, incidents or contingencies. * Prepare supervision, incident and operational update reports. * Train and reinforce staff on operational procedures and discipline. * Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions. * Ensure proper use of uniforms, equipment and work tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: high school or equivalent (preferred). * Prior experience as a supervisor or security guard (desirable). * Availability to travel to different service locations. * Basic knowledge of security instructions and protocols. * Basic proficiency in report writing and form completion. * Valid driver’s license. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and personnel management. * Strong communication skills and client interaction ability. * Decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Responsibility, discipline and integrity. * Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
