Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with experience in planning and controlling supplies for road and highway construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehouse management for road construction 2. Advanced proficiency in EXCEL, NEODATA, and AUTOCAD 3. Comprehensive inventory management and coordination We require a **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** with extensive experience in planning and controlling all supplies related to road and highway construction projects, using an inbound/outbound methodology to manage purchase orders for supplies, tools, or materials required for the project—timely and accurately. **Profile Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering with construction experience, Civil Engineering, or Architecture degree. * Advanced proficiency in EXCEL, NEODATA, and AUTOCAD. * Technical knowledge of: Construction procedures, budgetary economic control, measurement and analysis of unit prices. * Prior experience in construction projects is mandatory. **Job Responsibilities:** · Manage and coordinate inventories (scheduling, physical count verification, inventory indicators, reporting results, updating material minimum/maximum levels). · Review optimal inventory levels, track pending orders, validate system records of outgoing items, monitor inventory turnover, handle obsolete materials, supplies, or products, and supervise document archiving. · Supervise incoming and outgoing materials and equipment. · Establish work methods, recordkeeping, and control procedures within the warehouse. **We Offer:** Competitive salary. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Residence Requirement: State of Guanajuato, with willingness to relocate to Silao or Guanajuato City.
