Job Summary: Coordinate and track daily shipments, manage customer communication, and ensure accurate logistics documentation to optimize service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily shipment monitoring and tracking 2. Customer communication and support to optimize processes 3. Logistics documentation management and tracking ON-SITE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (SLP) - Valid driver's license - Standard driving experience RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor and ensure adherence to the daily shipment schedule to guarantee compliance with unloading time windows. - Update and notify customers regarding the status of critical containers to maintain communication that optimizes the logistics process. - Address and follow up on customer requests and complaints related to operations to improve service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage and track the closure of POD cycles due to missing TALLYS seals to ensure documents are fully completed and properly validated, preventing billing delays. OUR WEEKLY SALARY IS $3,000 NET SCHEDULE: Rotating 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. shifts (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 3 days off; occasionally a 5th day is required and compensated separately) The 5th day is paid as additional compensation beyond base salary.
