**Setterstix, a company specializing in manufacturing paper chopsticks, located at Eje 132, is seeking:**

**Job Summary:** · Ensure the quality management system—developing and implementing it—as well as developing tools, processes, and methods focused on continuous improvement to achieve Setterstix’s objectives, while also ensuring proper data administration; using quality tools to enable analysis targeted at improving product quality—all measured during the annual certification audit.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Degree, or related field—or relevant experience.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Gender: No preference.
* Age: 25 years or older.
* Intermediate or average level of English.
* 1–2 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Quality Management Systems.
* Experience in analyzing and developing destructive testing methodologies.
* Experience in analyzing quality control data.
* Experience in ISO, BRC, etc. certifications.
* Experience in new product development.
* Knowledge and use of measurement instruments.
* Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
* Knowledge and use of Core Tools.
* Computer proficiency (Office suite, database software).
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure timely updates of the quality dashboard.
* Ensure preparation, documentation, and administration of quality certifications for audits (e.g., HACCP, BRC).
* Ensure inspection of incoming raw materials upon plant entry.
* Ensure administration of calibration controls for measurement equipment.
* Ensure data administration for Setterstix’s Quality KPIs.
* Ensure execution of internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
* Ensure continuous improvement within the quality process and department.
* Ensure escalation to management regarding quality issues.
* Ensure random quality testing of finished products.
* Ensure controls tracking increases or decreases in blocked products, rework products, and suspect products (Non-Conforming Products, NCP).
* Ensure technical training for newly hired technicians.
* Ensure updates to product tolerances and specifications in floor-accessible reference folders.
* Ensure audits of our quality system according to current standards at:
* Setterstix (HACCP and BRCGS)
* Perform analysis of results obtained from production product samples.
* Ensure integrity and accuracy of quality documents.
