We are currently seeking a Logistics Analyst. **Job Requirements** **Minimum Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in **Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields**. **Minimum Required Experience:** * Minimum **3 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation**. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate–advanced level, especially Excel). * ERP system experience (SAP preferred). **Key Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsibility * Discipline * Effective communication * Problem solving **Main Responsibilities** * Optimization of routes and control of logistics costs. * Supervision and control of transportation operations. * Analysis of operational data and preparation of reports. * Development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies. * Interaction with carriers and internal/external customers, maintaining effective and assertive communication. * Monitoring of logistics operations: vehicle assignment, loading/unloading control, deliveries, and settlement processes. **Job Conditions** * **Shift:** Rotating * **Work Days:** 6 working days followed by 1 day off * **Availability for overtime:** Yes * **Physical effort required:** Low * Availability to travel without constraints due to scheduling. **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits (per current policy). * Job stability and professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
