




Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Technician to provide remote or on-site technical assistance, and to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and IT-related incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support for employees 2. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents 3.
