We seek someone who can build and care for this digital experience: ensuring the site functions properly, communicates effectively, and is ready for each stage of the festival. **Responsibilities** * Improve and maintain the website's structure and user experience. * Update content: schedule, venues, guests, and news. * Develop and optimize key sections: agenda, tickets, and open calls. * Optimize the website for mobile devices and various browsers. * Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure content consistency. * Implement basic SEO strategies. * Monitor web analytics and propose improvements. * Resolve technical issues and perform website maintenance. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of design and user experience (UX/UI). * Proficiency with web platforms such as WordPress or Wix. * Basic knowledge of SEO. * Interest in or connection to culture, film, or festivals (desirable).
