If you are passionate about conversion-focused design and feel comfortable leveraging AI to enhance your talent, we want to meet you! ### **Location and Company** * **Company:** ISI Solutions. * **Location:** Plaza Ubika, 4th Floor, Querétaro. ### **What We Offer** * **Monthly Net Salary:** $10,000 \- $12,000 MXN. * **Pay Frequency:** Bi-weekly. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * Professional Growth ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Arts (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a digital agency or managing multiple brands. * **Software:** Adobe Illustrator (Advanced), Capcut, After Effects and/or Premiere (Advanced/Intermediate). * **Knowledge:** Advertising design for Meta/Google, social media formats, rapid photo retouching, and basic UI/UX concepts. * **Languages:** Technical English (Intermediate \- Reading). ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Graphic Production:** Creating content for the content calendars of various brands. * **Digital Advertising:** Producing specific *assets* for paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. * **Video Editing:** Creating and editing short-form videos optimized for formats such as Reels and TikToks. * **Visual Identity:** Adapting clients’ visual identities and performing rapid photo retouching. * **AI Optimization:** Implementing Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate design and execution processes. ### **How to Apply** If you meet the profile, please submit your CV and **Portfolio (Mandatory)**
