**Technical Knowledge:** * Safe operation of **forklifts** (sit-down, stand-up, or electric pallet jacks). * Valid certification or verifiable training course. * Methods of stacking and stowing. * Inventory management (FIFO, rotation, coding). * Basic computer or ERP system operation. * Knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Material Receiving**: verify quantities, inspect physical quality, and record in the system. * **Proper Storage**: arrange goods according to classification, rotation (FIFO), and safety requirements. * **Safe Forklift Operation**: loading, unloading, stacking, and internal movement. * **Order Picking**: prepare orders for production or shipping. * **System Recordkeeping**: record receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments. * **Physical Inventories**: participate in cycle counts and full inventories; identify discrepancies. * **Equipment Maintenance**: daily inspection of forklifts, reporting malfunctions, and cleaning. * **Compliance with Safety Standards**: proper use of PPE, signage, and procedures. * **Documentation Control**: labels, invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders. * **Organization and Cleanliness (5S)**: maintain an organized, safe, and functional warehouse.
