Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Position Description** -------------------------- As a Concierge I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal guest services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests, taking and relaying messages, arranging or advising on transportation, business services, and entertainment, as well as monitoring guest requests for cleaning and maintenance. **Position Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Greet guests and interact with them in a warm and welcoming manner. * Provide information, recommendations, and reservation services for various activities, including transportation, restaurants, entertainment, and business services. * Maintain effective communication with other team members to promptly meet guests’ needs and requests. * Monitor guest requests for cleaning and maintenance, and coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure timely and efficient service. * Maintain confidentiality when handling confidential information, private messages, and guests’ personal details. * Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize conflicting demands to deliver high-quality service. * Stay informed about local events, places, attractions, and service providers to offer up-to-date and accurate information to guests. * Demonstrate professional appearance and behavior at all times. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or substantial work experience. * Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. * Has 2–3 years of work experience. **Competencies** ---------------- Accountability Business acumen Advocating for guest needs Self-development Impact Interpersonal skills Functional job knowledge Leadership Problem solving Teamwork and collaboration **Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred.
