### **Position: Treasury Supervisor** **Location:** Uptown Juriquilla, Querétaro \| **Mode:** On-site \| Full-time At **Acuario Empresarial**, we are seeking a **Treasury Supervisor** responsible for **coordinating and supervising the treasury assistants team**, ensuring **payroll disbursement**, supplier payments, policies, and insurance, as well as **managing cash flows** across various accounts and companies within the group. This role ensures **compliance, traceability, and control of financial operations**, in accordance with strategies defined by Management, Directors, and Accounting. **Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and coordinate the treasury assistants team. * Execute payroll disbursement and supplier payments. * Manage cash flows and fund availability. * Authorize payments for policies, insurance, and financial obligations according to guidelines. * Ensure upload and backup of supporting documents in the system. * Prepare cash flow and payment reports for Management and Directors. * Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure information consistency. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in treasury and cash flow management**. * Experience supervising staff (1–2 people). * Proficiency in banking platforms, advanced Excel, and accounting ERP systems. * Knowledge of payroll, supplier payments, and policies. **Skills and Competencies:*** Leadership and team coordination. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **We Offer:*** Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth and development. * Excellent work environment. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Interested candidates should apply through this platform.
