Strengthen the culture of accountability, efficiency, and development DESCRIPTION Purpose of the Position: Ensure that staff and partners fulfill their operational and strategic responsibilities; identify opportunities for improvement in performance, structure, and processes; and strengthen the culture of accountability, efficiency, and development within the company. The company has a team of 9 employees. Main Responsibilities: Verify staff fulfillment of duties and responsibilities. Measure performance using objective indicators. Detect deviations and propose corrective action plans. Document processes and responsibilities by position. Organizational assessment: analyze team efficiency and workload distribution. Propose improvements to structure, roles, or processes. Talent management: assess staff capabilities and skills. Identify training needs. Propose professional development plans. Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation processes. Partner and leadership follow-up Verify that partners fulfill their operational and strategic responsibilities. Generate compliance and organizational performance reports. Facilitate internal improvement agreements. Workplace climate and culture: detect internal conflicts. Strengthen communication and collaboration. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the client’s premises, with potential hybrid work arrangements after training. We Offer: Monthly base salary Statutory benefits
